We are extremely unhappy at this community. From the moment we moved in, it has been one bad experience after another. Our townhouse wasn't even cleaned when we moved in- the walls and carpet were filthy, and our kitchen cabinets and dishwasher were filled with dead insects! When I called the office about this issue, I was told I would have to wait until the next week for someone to come clean it, to which no one ever showed. This has been a reoccurring issue with the office staff, and the trouble or the money we pay for such an old, crappy unit isn't even worth it.
