I moved here about a year ago, I moved here because it was managed by Towne, whom I had a pleasant experience at Ft Wright Luxury Apartments (couldn't stay there because ex kept that place) previouse mngt I was indifferent on, new mngt is ok but maintenance of the grounds has went way down, I hope it's a transitional issue, workout center is a joke, treadmill that doesnt work and an excersice bike does not make a workout center, given my ex moved out of Ft Wright Luxery Apts, I'll most likely go back there. but given the others in this price range I would recommend, Ft Wright is a little more per month but to me it's worth it
