I lived there 1 year in a second-story, 2bdrm apartment. Overall, it was just OK. The parking lot was very dark at night (although I never felt unsafe). The hills get really icy when it snows, and they're hard to go up and down. The maintenance lady we dealt with was unpleasant. One night our electricity was out, and when we called about it (for we were the only apartment experiencing the problem), the maintenance lady told us she didn't want to come out and check the fuse box in the dark, so we'd have to wait till morning. Yeah. Not cool. Otherwise, it was just OK. I did hear rumors about bed bugs in a few apartments, and that was reason enough for me to leave.
