I live here and wasn't real pleased with the old kitchens and stuff. But now, the new owners are making changes and giving us new floors and kitchens and appliance and windows. The put on new roofs and balcomines, too. The pool sn't open yet but it looks realy good that they updated it and bought new furnture. I liek they way the new owners treat us, real respecfully and give us note on the new buidling repairs. The rent is supposed to go down, too,and that is super. We're happy here.
