I have lived here for 2 years now and it has been a pleasure. As someone that has been stuck with street parking in the past, the parking lots are a great feature. The community is very well maintained, the maintenance guys respond very quickly to requests and are personable and friendly. There is a $25 monthly pet fee, but it's actually worth it as having your pet records/picture on file in the office is useful should your furry friend ever escape. The only drawback is that you're living in a community where a large percentage of the residents are NKU students, meaning you'll hear occasional partying next door or outside. I've had issues here and there in the past with this but the office does not tolerate noise complaints and will speak with the residents to ensure it does not remain a problem. Overall, great place to live and great location. Walking distance to NKU, 10 minutes from Cincinnati, and centrally located to a lot of attractions.
