Do not trust the bad reviews on this site. I visited the location prior to moving in and felt that Hampton Farms was on par with the other comparable apartments in its price range in the area, and after moving in I have not experienced any of the issues that other reviews on here talk about that might scare you off. They are specific instances that may not even be true and could be made up. Honestly, the staff is wonderful (there may have been different staff in the past, I'm guessing), I have a fairly quiet apartment that rarely has a boos problem, a beautiful forested view, great daylighting, maintained grounds, easily accessible yet safe laundry facilities, and no trouble with parking nor dated appliances. Everything is around five years old or so it seems? So, there aren't too many issues, and any that arise are corrected in a timely manner and surpass my expectations of resolution. Hampton farms was not my top choice, but was available the soonest for me and was the best price for the amount of space I was getting, (which is more sq. ft per dollar than my initial favorite competitor) but after living here for four months and making it my own, I am falling more in love with this place, enough to call it home.
