They overbook units. Be prepared to placed into a room that you did not sign on. I signed for one bed and they ran out and placed me into a two bedroom. They also did not tell me that i'll be moving in with another animal, and told me that they couldn't move me because they ran out of room. It looks like this is a regular occurrence, they did the same thing to someone else I know few years ago. It looks intentional so they can fill up spaces. Do not recommend, maintainance will come in unannounced for a month during "turning months" when they're looking at units before move in months.
