It is decent. The common area fills up with steam quickly when cooking and it sets off alarms constantly. It can be a little noisy on typical party nights for students, but its still overall pretty quiet. Maintenance could get to jobs faster, unless it really is that backed up, then I recommend some remodeling be done.
