For the most part, my experience at Campus Court has been enjoyable. The one area that I feel needs help is their maintenance team and responsiveness. The hot water for my shower has never worked well and after trying to get this fixed numerous times I just decided to stop asking and deal with cold showers since I'm moving soon anyway. Also, something as simple as replacing a lightbulb never gets accomplished either. The maintenance crew has a hard time communicating. I tried numerous times to let them know that my pets were put up and that they could come in to change the lightbulb but it never happened. Overall, communication between the residents and staff seems to be severely lacking.
