Cove Lake Village Apartments

I moved here with my boyfriend in late August/early September last year. I have nothing but good things to say about they way this complex is run. The pricing is very affordable and insulation helps with keeping your electric bill at a reasonable amount in the very hot and frigid cold months. The units are set up comfortably and are seemingly larger than 750 square feet. There is adequate closet space and the paint and carpet were both fresh and clean upon move in. The staff here are nothing short of pleasant. From Cindy, the manager, to Andrea in the office and the maintenance department, they are all super friendly (not in a fake overwhelming way) and very easy going. When you have a maintenance issue, I have experienced promptness and efficiency from the time I call about a problem to the time it is fixed. The pet policy is fair, and similar to other complexes I'm familiar with. Parking is never a problem for us, but it might be if you have an apartment just by the road. They consistently keep the landscaping nice, and not just by the leasing office such as other complexes, but all around the property. There are tennis and basketball courts, along with a nice pool. The laundry facility can get quite crowded, but you can get around that after learning when peak laundry times are. I guess this is thank you to the complex, as well as a statement that I would recommend this complex to anyone searching for a comfortable place to live.
