I moved in recently, but so far the environment feels safe and quiet. The office staff and maintenance workers are also attentive. I enjoy having a washer and dryer in my apartment. It is also located right off the freeway which is very convenient.

Great place to live! Great location and great service. Complex is well-maintained and the location is central to downtown, UK, and New Circle Road. Also not too far from Hamburg. Beautiful view of a lake as well.

Very good, overall. I feel I get my money's worth at Lakepoint. The office is very responsive to any problem or concern, all very nice people. It distresses me that I see some trash/littering around the grounds. It amazes me that people would do this!
