I was so impressed with the maintenance staff. When I had a maintenance problem over Labor Day Weekend (my upstairs neighbor's air conditioning was causing a small leak in my hallway), the staff had come out within 20 minutes of my call, assessed the problem, and then had a clean up set up within the hour. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service, especially over a holiday weekend.

First of all I am sorry you experienced the leak this past weekend. I know it is disruptive and inconvenient to experience maintenance related issues in your home. However thank you for taking a moment to share how the emergency on call staff responded. We are so blessed to have the best maintenance staff in Lexington. It is great to receive the feed back that the maintenance team member followed our established protocol concerning water related incidences. I appreciate you and thank you for your review.
