I was looking for a new home in Lexington a few months ago and felt nothing but welcome from the moment I stepped foot into the leasing office of Park Place. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgable when helping me find a floor plan that fit my needs and showing me several units/plans. They were willing to work with me over the phone through the application process and the move in process was painless and simple. Park Place offered the largest 1 bedroom floor plans that I could find in the city of Lexington, and at very reasonable prices. I have been very impressed with the quickness of getting maintenance requests taken care of once the work order is put in. I would 100% recommend park place for anyone looking to move into a great community in Lexington!
