I am a senior citizen & have lived here since June 2018. My rent increase was VERY reasonable this year which means a lot on a fixed income! It is a beautiful, quiet & very well maintained (inside & outside) property, convenient to everything that I need. I hope to live here for the rest of my life. Melissa Pope is the manager & does a great job because all of her staff, office & maintenance, have been wonderful! Apparently NTS has owned/maintained this property since it was built in the 80's (?) & it is quite evident that they are interested in quality management for the long term. I am grateful.
