You would have to be crazy to rent here. I know a lot of people read reviews and think it is just crazy people or people who are disgruntled but I am posting a very unbiased review. The noise is the biggest problem you hear everything from up, down, beside you, I mean everywhere. And this is not people being noisy its just people living their normal life but the walls and floors are horrible. The maintenance staff is terrible, the rush in do minor repairs, do not fix the problem and have to come back, but they will inform you of how busy they are. The funny thing is almost every time I went to the office to drop of my rent the maintenance staff was sitting in the office. It took two months for them to remove a dead animal from the underneath of my bathroom sink basin. Finally, after they said they were done is still smelled horrible in the bathroom and I ended up cleaning the area myself, so the next person in my apartment can thank me for the smell being tolerable. The front office is probably the most anti-social group I have ever dealt with they are as warm and welcoming as a cactus,,,lol...no joke. I agree with the other responses who say if you choose this place to live after reading these reviews you deserve the torture just like the rest of us....horrible place...
