Resident • 2013 Not Recommended
I've lived at Crescent for less than 6 months now. At first, I was sold because the apartments were updated and in a nice area. Cable, Internet and water are all included in the rent. However, I've been without Internet for over a week. I've talked to the manager a few times about it and every time he says that "it will be fixed THAT day". I'm still waiting on that. When I first moved in there were some minor holes in the walls (no big deal). I asked them to fix it and they did. The maintenance guy said that he would be back the next day to paint over the patches. I've never seen him since. I've given up on that and honestly don't mind too much. If I had to do it over, I would not have moved in.
