We are so sorry that this has been your experience. We will soon be introducing a pet DNA system that will help ensure that pet owners do their part in cleaning up after their own pets, since the waste can be tracked back to them. The clubhouse was recently upgraded and we're now turning our attention to the fitness center. Although the equipment is in working order, we plan to introduce new wifi enabled equipment to enhance your work out experience and for the facility to be accessible 24-hours a day. The package system does require a credit card to register, but you're only charged if you fail to pick up your package after 3 days. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, there was a delay on the manufacturers end but we hope to have everything finalized by June 25. We're so pleased to have you back; if you ever need a short term extension after your lease expires, you can avoid the month-to-month fees by signing a short term lease, 3-months is the shortest renewal term we offer, but it should save you some money!
