Not happy at all with them, they will charge you fees on top of fees because they can. They never truly fix anything in your apartment and the office people are the worst. Please don't rent here, plus they have roaches

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about the concerns you have! We have recently started a very large renovation project and have a wonderful new management group. You have access now to easily put in service requests via our online resident portal. The app notifies you as soon as a service request is marked complete so if there is any confusion about completion you can let us know with the touch of a button. Additionally, not only does our pest control service bi-monthly all apartments homes AND you can call for additional services whenever you need them. As long as the pests in your apartment are not due to housekeeping issues you do not get charged. The rent does not include utilities here so you would have fees for those as well as late fees if applicable, and all of these are explained in your rental agreement. We do want you to feel welcome and be as happy as possible so please feel free to stop by the newly remodeled community room and office center to chat with us and have a warm cup of coffee!
