I'm sorry that you're unhappy with some things here at Tates Creek. We did unfortunately have a water pipe burst and need replaced. It was a long process because we needed to coordinate the repair with multiple contractors and utility companies. As a concession we gave the affected homes five days credit of rent and they were excused from paying their utilities for the month of February. Again, I apologize that this happened. I would like to speak with you about the other maintenance concerns you're having. Please call the office or stop by so we can go over your maintenance requests and see how we can do better. The maintenance guy here is outstanding! The management here is not. The quality of the property needs many repairs and upgrades. Work orders have to be submitted multiple times and sometimes days even weeks go by without the repair being completed or even addressed.
