I used to rent here when they very first got built about 3 years ago. I moved back and I just resigned my lease after being here another year and a half. PROS: This is a great place to live as it to close to my work, a dog park, Kroger, my bank, and downtown. Dog friendly community. People always walk up and ask what kind of dog I have(corgi) and if they can pet him. Everyone I've seen with a dog has always had them on a leash and the dogs are always friendly. I love that they include the basic cable and Internet. I don't watch much tv and basic is all I need and the Internet has never gone down. LOVE that I know management and I are the only ones that have a key to my apartment. I like that security being a single female. Also with safety, I've never felt uneasy walking at night around the complex. I have lived at another apartment and I would honestly run from my car into my apartment. Very quiet community. I can never hear what the people next to me or above me are doing. It's almost like they aren't there. Great management!!! They are always willing to help you and work with your needs. Always very friendly to me. The entire community is always clean and landscaped beautifully. CONS: Expensive! The units are small with not enough storage/closet space. I did have a trunk stolen from the bed of my truck full of some expensive horse stuff but I never made a fuss because I don't have renters insurance and it was my own fault. Could have been worse if they had broken into my truck.... I can hear new circle from inside my apartment but honestly it doesn't bother me but it might someone else. Parking can be a bit frustrating at times. You do not get your own assigned parking space. Overall I love living here. Moved away and came back. I would recommend this place to everyone. Even if Townley Park isn't for you Anderson Communities will have something at fits your needs. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and the pros outweigh the cons by far! K
