Excellent place to live. I enjoy the monthly resident activities. The amenities are excellent. Club house, pool, workout room. Dogs and cat friendly. Small dog park. Staff is helpful. Guest parking is the only negative issue.

The People are very nice. there are fun events that happen once or twice a month in the lobby or sky lounge. depending on the apartment you get you can have a nice view of the downtown city skyline

DO NOT MOVE HERE there are roaches they maintenance team does not respond within a timely manner. The property manager add fees to your rent without informing you about them. The water gets turned off every other day without proper notice

I like it. Convenient to everything, friendly staff, nice view. Garage is clean. I feel safe here and enjoy my stay. Convenient to major cities by car and location is convenient to the airport and restaurants and hospitals

Great building ,Lived here in 2007 -2010 Decided to move back .Love that its close to everything. Great job with the updates on the roof as well With it being a historic place im sure it draws alot of new Residents

Management poor, maintenance even worse

Best apartments in Louisville! Just a few blocks away from 4th Street Live bars, restaurants and entertainment sites. Good community with helpful and kind staff. Also, the best views of all Louisville from the 30th floor.

A great place to live in and near downtown Louisville. The amenities are good and the rooftop and sky club views provide an awesome view of Louisville. The staff and management are very friendly and attentive. The community residents are great.

The community is very welcoming. The apartments seem to be very nicely renovated and have nice amenities. Beautiful view overlooking louisville and in great walking distance to 4th street live and other great places.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex. There are cockroaches everywhere, building is very old. I regret moving here... Neighborhood is not the best. Isolation of the apartments are very poor. Apartments are noisy.
