800 Apartments Garage has Pot Holes Covered with old rugs $95.00 a month
Parking Garage has deep potholes with sharp Rebar poking through.Cutting your tires. Partition round the dumpsters is falling down one cement block at a time. A serious liability. CODE ENFORCEMENT WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT SOON! No daytime staff present in common areas during office hours. Dirty hall carpets , never been steamed. Tracks into your apartment, thus ruining your carpet. Source of dirt, Filthy garage floor. Nearly 40 grocery baskets hidden in the old restaurant. Too poor to hire staff to put them away. Blame the tenants for not bringing them back. Give the tenants some service since your taking THEIR MONEY! Just think, if you count $10,000 for each person living in the building???, do the math. The owners laughing all the way to the bank, but for some strange reason he's got liens on ALL OF HIS ASSETS FOR REFUSING TO PAY TAXES! Sell The Building Mister! Plenty of good guys out there wanting to buy! Management leaves rule books lying around. Too cheap to pay someone to deliver to each door like most apartment buildings. Operations manager complaining about dog poop on their cigarette/garbage ridden front lawn, while the owner takes his dog to crap at the library with no attemps to clean up his dog's mess. FILTHY GROSS carpet in the elevators, never been STEAMED. Operation Manager -------------------------------??? Seems like ---------------! Most residents don't know who she is? -Sits around -------------------------- Pleading to the tenants to find her some renters for the Heyburn building!! Same old squeeze the tenants for every penny! Perhaps she wouldn't have trouble finding QUALITY RENTERS & keeping her Heyburn & 800 Bldg full. If she would do something for the tenants, like keep the building half way sanitary? Management needs to realize that there are tenants in the 800 who are not from the ------. No one person here is begging to live here, I assure you! All other apartment buildings clean their tenants windows without charging them! They also steam their carpets in the common areas about 2 times a year. It's all about lining their pockets. Yes- they bought some cheap blinds to hide the so called gym they have been promising their tenants for 10 years now. It's a junk room, full of supplies. The vending machines steal your money. It's full of Mellow Yellow, & keeps the change far too frequentlty, is grossly over priced. Code Enforcement Deadline on replacing the rotten/broken marble is April 27th, 2012! They will be back! And so will I! I may just rent a place at the 800 if things imrpove!Only In America can one freely speak the truth~! God Bless America3/27/2023
