The apartments are very clean and look really good. The neighborhood/community is safe, maintenance is great and staff is amazing. They take really good care of the grounds, we have flowers all over. DONOT rent or work for apex (waypoint Management) their apartments are expensive but, everything is cheap or put together wrong in them.
