I have nothing good to say about Autumn Run. Shortly after moving in I found out the maintenance workers were very substandard. The apartments went into foreclosure we received notices they were being sued for nonpayment and were asked to participate in illegal activities by nt paying our rent to the party who won judgement against them. Soon afterwards we received new management and maintenance who promised things would get better. They did not. They had a bedbug infestation and for six months the acting manager was stealing our money orders and rent payments and cashing them in at the Krogers up the street. The regional manger then called us into the ofice where we had o prove we had paid all of our vills. The rubs vill was overinflated because the manger was stealing. No compensation was ever given and they treated us as if we were criminals. Our apartment was broken ibto along with many others az we'll as our cars. This place has serious code violations including health and fire codes. It is a disgrace as a bussinessand I have reported them.
