My husband and I lived there for a year. The apartment was okay, but was dated. There was this odd wall paper in the bathroom and the vanity sloped toward the back wall. We could definitely hear our neighbors. Overall though it was a pretty average apartment. The maintenance staff were wonderful and they were prompt getting issues fixed. I never really dealt w/ the office staff, but my husband stated that there was some attitudes. The absolutely best thing about the apartment was the closeness to shopping, license branch, downtown j-town, farmers market, police station, dining, banking that were all within a few minutes walk tops. The drawback to the location was that it is really not that close to the highway system if you need them for your daily commute.
