First off, I based my final decision of moving to Boulder Creek based on others reviews so I would like to express my own. I moved to Boulder Creek in July 2008 with a friend of mine. We took the 2bd/2bath with a loft (2nd level) design. I was a single dude who wanted the extra bedroom for my roomie. The space is perfect for me and it's very cozy. I feel VERY safe here. The outdoor lighting is great at night and one can go for a nice stroll around the complex without feeling like someone is going to jump you. Not to mention that the complex is right next to the JTown police station. The staff is always SUPER nice and they seem like they really care. I took advantage of the pools during the summer without complaint. The appliances in my apartment are slightly dated but still operate without any issue. And I don't notice any neighbor noise at all. It's pretty quiet here. Utility bills are resonable...$60-90 for electric and you don't have to pay for water or trash removal. But I truly LOVE my apartment and I look forward to coming home everyday.
