My husband and I moved here sight-unseen from across country. We researched EVERY apartment in Louisville (not exaggerating) we really could not have decided on a better place with a better deal! The process was super easy and we were MORE than pleased on move-in day! The only reason we moved is because we bought a house- and our lease wasn't up but they found someone for us to take over our apartment- no fees and we got our full deposit back! Excellent grounds with tons of room, gorgeous landscaping, 2 pools and tennis courts! We have a Pointer puppy and it was a wonderful and safe area to walk. The pet deposit is fully refundable. Never had an issue with parking- even with visitors. Never had an issue with neighbor noise. The maintenance was PERFECT! They were there to fix any issues immediately and all the staff is extremely friendly (and know everyone by name when they see you around the grounds.) we really can't recommend these apartments enough! They are slightly older with older appliances and windows- but it still looks really nice and if we would have had any issues with anything I'm sure the maintenance would have been there to fix or replace it within 5 minutes. Very trustworthy!
