I just recently moved from this complex, and I must say I wish I didn't have to. This is a very nice complex, the area itself is great!!! My experiecne here was wonderful, the office staff and maintainance crew were over the top!!! Only a couple of issues with my apartment, which was quickley fixed, once I called or stopped by the office. I had wonderful neighbors, it's safe to walk around at night, and no one bothers you. I would reccomend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice safe place to live. Despite that my rent was going up had I renewed my lease, that would not have bothered me one bit. I would move back here in a heartbeat if I ever come back to Louisville and need a place to call home.
