I lived here for 2 1/2 years with my (then) girlfriend. The only reason we left was because we got married and needed more space. We were in a 1 bedroom with a loft and wanted to move into a 3 bedroom, but at the time they didn't have any available. I was very pleased with this apartment complex. There was never an issue with parking--even during the Gas Light Festival. The maintenance was spectacular. There was basically only 1 guy, Harold, and he would sometimes come fix your issue the same day you called the office! The location was great. Right behind a Walmart Neighborhood store and not far from shopping and entertainment. The complex was peaceful (for the most part). There was 1 incident where someone was being chased through the parking lot by someone threatening to kill them, but nothing ever came from it...plus if you had a good enough arm, you could throw a football and hit the police department building!
