The parking situation is good. There seems to be enough spaces to go around for everyone. If you're luck enough to get a Townhouse, then you'll have 2 assigned spaces in front of your door. Noise isn't a big problem. Most of my neighbors are respectful. Although a couple of them can be loud at time. Loud music an people yelling and screaming, acting a fool out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. The grounds are pretty much well kept. I really don't see any trash around. They do need to do something about those Walmart shopping carts which people like to park in front of the dumpsters though. As for safety, a murder occurred here in the wee morning hours of 5/9/2009. So you decide for yourself! The outside of some of the buildings need to be painted, badly. There is splintered wood falling off parts of the building and really needs to be repaired. The apartments look decent inside. These apartments are HUGE. Especially for the money, when compared with other complexes on the east end, which lack size but charge an arm and a leg in rent. The maintenance staff: One is an old pervert and the other will talk you to death! Despite this, maintenance issues are handled quickly and in a timely manner. When I first moved there, there were two women that worked in the office and they were extremely nice and very helpful. Now they've got some guy up in there who is VERY RUDE and doesn't know his head from his ---! Overall it is okay but I don't think I'd recommend to anyone unless your short on cash and are in need of plenty of space
