Location and renovated units have been the only pros with this experience. The leasing staff has been AWFUL. I've never had this issue before. We were called day before we moved in to say our apartment that we were sold on was not ready or renovated as promised. We were put in a temporary smaller apartment b/c we had nowhere else to go. We lived in boxes for 2 months waiting for our home to be ready. They didn't stay on top of this or call as soon as it was ready. We're given "gift cards" as compensation and then expected to use them to pay for our movers later. Once we finally got in the place after waiting, we get the lease and they changed the price to 100$ more expensive than what we were lead to believe all along. They didn't give us keys and we had to bother them for several days to get them. We have been treated like we are the problem and staff have been completed disorganized and forgetful of things discussed. The water/sewer/trash utilities here are almost 70-100$ a month - highest we have ever seen anywhere and they say you don't pay them for the 1st two months - then you get told you owe them it anyway when you move out or transfer. Honestly feel like I need an attorney to battle them on changing the rent without telling us. If not for the lovely renovated unit, we would be dying to move out fo here. A shame because great location. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
