I lived here for almost 6 to 7 years. It started out great but has gone down hill fast. The apartments have lots of water leak problems and they take their time fixing them. All the while black mold is setting in and they DO NOT know how to treat it properly. They take great care of the outside of the facility but not the insides. Even though they spray there are spiders all the time. The maintenance are not "maintenance men" they half a?? fix stuff. The worst problem is the apt manager, she does nothing but sit in the club house and watch t.v.Her attitude is awful and she does not even do walk throughs with renters anymore. As far as I am concerned Heritage Hill will end up just like Lafontenay which years ago if you lived there it was something. It is now TRASHY. Heritage Hill never ever services their furnaces either. They are also full of mold. Wonder what the Health Dept would think of this??? They put bandaids on stuff never fix or replace. I guess UnderHill has spent so much money on their "new mall" in Camelot that all of money is goin there. I will never recommend this place. EVER and the manager needs to be FIRED
