DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They change management staff more than I change clothes, because of this you can never get any issues addressed like our leaks, and our wooden deck that had rusted nails stick out of the bowed boards, and the wooden staircase wobbles when walking up and down. Brought this to the Managers attention and she said that they both have been checked out and are safe and in the same sentence tells me that she did not have anyone look at my deck, so how well did you have someone inspect for safety if they didn't even look at it? These are very old apartments that management is slapping fresh paint on and inserting some new appliances that is about it. Water heater sucks, it will cut to cold instantly after only showering for 5 minutes, told management about this as well and never heard a word back. NO CELING FANS, apartments get very stuffy and stale. And they are going to raise rent about 30%. I am paying $945.00/ Mo that includes a $40.00 water fee and a $25.00 pet fee, when my lease is up May 1st I will be forced to move because I cant afford the $1,200.00 rent that they are wanting to charge. Maintenance is a joke, if you get your issue addressed at all it will only be a half---- job. I will be moving when my lease is up, staying in the same area for about the same apartment layout and sqft and spending about $150.00-$200.00 dollars less than the $945.00 I am paying right now. Keep looking, there are a lot better apartments for this kind of money.
