I love the ducks that help give Mallard its name, but I wish the front desk weren't so foul and showed more politeness. There is plenty of parking. The grounds are always well kept and I like that the trash is never overflowing. The gym is nice, but small. The basketball court is well lit and welcoming. If someone was to ask me if recommending this place, I would say no. The kitchen facilities are old and for what one pays to live here, it leaves one with much to desire. My boyfriend and I were attacked on the street just a block from Mallard. We had to be sent to the ER. I called the front desk to help keep others safe and they never called me back. When I went in person to find out why, I was told the manager would call me; she never did. I was told I would be seen as a family member here, they must not like their family.
