We have really enjoyed living here. Maintenance has gotten much better in the last year or so. I wish the dog park was better maintained. Management has also much improved in the last year or so, and communication has been more streamlined and helpful.

I love the location. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds are kept neat and clean. The office staff are helpful and courteous. Parking can be challenging at time but I usually can get a spot near my apartment.

It has been horrible and the reason is 100% because of the staff. They claim to be professional but the behavior shows that they are incompetent and could care less about residents who allow your publicly traded company to have an income.

Love the community. Feels safe, they are pretty quick to get back to you with questions. Sometimes work orders take a while to be complete but all staff is friendly. Grounds kept up with very well. Amenities could use some upgrades but overall satisfied.

Unprofessional and useless management. Management does not take any complaints or issues seriously and is very unresponsive when contacting them regarding issues. When settling disputes with neighbors, they will blame the victim.
