Where to begin.......So, whenever I moved in, I thought I had found the best apartment because of the location, price and some of the amenities.. I was very disappointed and hurt...
So, I got settled in, paid the rent on time, was somewhat happy with everything and was a needless tenant, never asked for much. When I moved into the apartment, I had a small dog (ShihTzu) and I paid a pet deposit. The property manager Bob Greene was extremely unprofessional, loud and rude. He never would tend to any maintenance issues until after they good very bad.
I lived at Silver Springs Apartments for one year exactly. Three weeks before I left, I received a notice at my door as a notice to vacate. They were no longer accepting pets and I had to leave. I called them in a panic, because as we all know, 3 weeks is NOT ENOUGH TIME to give someone to move. Moving takes time, money and alot of preparation. Allen Properties showed no compassion at all whatsoever. I should have contacted a lawyer but I didn't.
