I don't know how this place got such good ratings on here unless the staff has been bolstering the reviews. If you look on Google and Yelp, you get a much more realistic idea of this place. From the outside, they're beautiful apartments, but the inside is rather poorly built for the price that you pay. The walls are super thin so you hear everything that your neighbor is doing. There is not enough parking around certain areas and the drivers speed and are careless, though this latter complaint isn't really the complex's fault; just inconsiderate tenants. What is their fault though is how useless and often rude their staff is. They won't tell you when you have a package, it takes forever to get something fixed, and they act like everything is your fault when you bring it up. I'd be less annoyed if they were just straight up mean but instead they put on this fake happy face like they're there to help but actually it takes multiple complaints to get something done and by that time, God forbid you bother them more than once. I'm leaving Kentucky soon which is why I'm sticking it out, but if I had permanent plans to live in this city, I would definitely be searching for other places.

    Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your experience at Springs at Hurstbourne. I am sorry to hear that you have not had an ideal experience. Our goal is to go above and beyond from the moment you tour until move out. We recently implemented a new parking pass system and have received mostly positive feedback. We work with a towing contractor to monitor the community to make sure residents get first serve on parking. We also have garages available and they are only $75.00. We have reported speedy drivers to the local police and they monitor Bunsen Parkway closely. If you have a description of a speedy vehicle, please contact the office with details. I would really like to have the opportunity to speak to you about your maintenance/ staffing concerns. We do accept packages at the office, but encourage carriers to deliver to the front door of the resident. If you have had issues with locating a package, please provide details so we can relay that information to the carriers. I hope we are able to connect and I can address your concerns.
