i lived at station house for 3 years while i was in louisville for my graduate program..when i first moved there the management they had was awesome..i do not know why they let her go because the two managers after her sucked..the apts are old and the maintenance crews is worst i have ever encountered..my last year in my apt my hot water stopped working i called the maintenance guy and he came over to supposedly fixed it when i got home after classes the water tank had broke and flooded my apt..i was inconvenience for two wks while they try to get it fixed and the management would not even reimburse me for the damage to my living room furniture.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE.
