SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you Anonymous for leaving us a review! Yes, 3500 homes last night lost power for 2.5 hours due to a snow storm. The Clubhouse and much of U of L campus were included in that total. Within 15 minutes of the power going out we had already been in contact with LG&E and sent out an email blast to all residents informing them of the outage, the estimated restoration time frame, recommendations to STAY in their apartments to retain the heat and precautions when utilizing candles. The city also had a mandate requiring residents to STAY home unless absolutely necessary due to the condition of the roads. Each floor of The Clubhouse is furnished with multiple emergency lights that keep the hallways lite for up to 4 hours. If you did need to venture out for food, might I suggest the Lumberjack Special at Denny's, across the street, as they still had power. Medical emergencies can be handled by calling 911, they're very receptive! The Team here at the Clubhouse would like to sincerely apologize to you for the uncontrollable internet interruption.

Being the only brand new apartments suggested by the University of Louisville is an honor The Clubhouse prides ourselves on and would love for you to be a part of.
