I am very pleased with the maintenance experience here. When I submit a request, it's always handled very quickly and usually resolved with just a single visit. The maintenance staff are also very friendly.

Relatively New. Everything is great so far. The person above me is a very loud walker which causes disturbances throughout my work day and R&R at Night but it is what it is I guess, not much I can do about it.

My apartment is super nice and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. community is amazing. Great location. The granite counters and kitchen island bar are great.

If you are looking for a new home look no further the Gentry Apartments are like being on a vacation clean friendly with tons of amenities I have been here just over a month and their staff and maintenance are top notch

Fantastic management and staff. I moved from another condo community with just the opposite and am relieved to have Leslie and her team. They're all fantastic. The property is well kept and great quiet community.

Well kept and friendly staff. Leasing agents are very helpful and friendly. Amenity's are nice and your neighbors are friendly. Great neighborhood behind for walking or running. Close to St. Matthews and middle town along with quick highway access

The neighbor upstairs either has hooves or the construction of the building amplifies foot steps. One or the other. Other than the clog dancing upstairs, I really love living here. The office and amenities are great.

It has been nice living here for the past couple of years. Bought an electric car and need a place to fill-up. The Gentry does not provide that, even after requests. Please get with the times, thanks.

Really great place to live. I wouldnt wanna live anywhere else such a welcoming and homey community I will definitely be recommending the Gentry to my Friends and family! The outside of the building is my favorite

The granite counters and kitchen island bar are great. The bath/shower will get as hot as we need it to with great pressure. The internet is affordable and extremely capable (gigabit fiber optics through at&t).
