The Imperial House
Resident · 2007
Having stayed there for part of 2007, moving to be closer to work, I will say that Imperial House is a fair value. I would recommend it for moderately priced living near the airport. Also, they have some furnished apartments, at lower rates than typical furnished places, so for a one to two month corporate place it would do quite well. I literally made it to the airport parking lot in 10 minutes, and downtown in 15. For a frequent traveler or commuter, that's great. The apartments are older, but in good condition. Because the apartments are in an area near other mid-rises, there can be wind noise from the canyon effect on windy days. Parking and safety are good; the parking gate worked the entire time I was there. I will note, though, that safety rapidly deteriorates to the south and east, away from the Business buildings. Those places are cheaper, but much less nice.
