The Reserve At Westport Apartments

Well, when i first moved into the Eastridge apartment complex i lived in a townhouse which was poorly insulted. My needs changed so i went into living in a 1 bedroom for the past two years the apartment is fine in size and fits my needs. The major problems i have with the community is that ------- the front manager is running the place into the ground. There is no safety any more a teenage boy was shot and killed (http://www.whas11.com/news/17-year-old-boy-killed-in-shoot in my front yard in broad day light. The worst part was that management acted as if it never happened didn't offer any news letter like they would hire security like they once did in the past or said im sry for the inconvience handled very poorly. Random groups of people smoke weed outside right in front of your door and numerous drug deals take place always the police are patrolling the propery . ------- solution for everything is call police never offers any real solution like video cameras or better lightning or some sort of security. Also when i first moved in ------- and the community had a strict no aggressive breeds where allowed in the complex, but how now two years later there a set a pitbulls that live directly across the hall. After ------- was informed about it she says it takes a process to get them out of there but i wouldn't have been a problem in the first place if they would actually look at the pets that moved in before they came to the community. I'm moving out in a month this place is horrible now, no sense of safety and mangament doesn't care. The pool they offer is never open during the summer usually for only a month. If you want to grill they took the outside grills away, you have to arrange an appointment for them to set them out their for you which is a joke. Bottom line if you a working class person and you don't want to have to deal with people shady/drug dealing people staring you down at all hours or worry about your safety do not move here.
