Office Staff
Let me start by saying, during my college career I have lived in a variety of apartment complexes (6 to be exact) and I have NEVER had as terrible experience as I did at Eastridge. We moved here from out of state and the office staff worked with us to hold our apartment until we arrived. Everything seemed great the first few months. The apartments were old but we knew that from day one. The squeaky floors and bad AC unit were to be expected; however, the crazy woman downstairs was not. The next 9 months became a nightmare for us. Even though dog ties are not allowed, she lived there for 10 years and was buddies with management and somehow got away with her dog being tied up for all hours of the day barking at anything and everything. Meanwhile my fiance who worked nights was trying to sleep and so I decided to write a note asking her to bring the dog in. That opened a can of worms and brought out the psycho in her... Management and I fought constantly as I begged them to take care of the situation and that she had even made verbal threats... still they did nothing. The entire time we lived here we had to deal with this woman and her screaming, yelling and hollering to anyone who would listen how we were terrible people and she was gonna kick someone's @$$ and blah blah blah. Management should have stepped in and "managed" their resident but instead they ignored me. We also had issues with our mail being stolen and/or not arriving on time. At night the people around were sketchy and I never fully felt safe in my own home. Until management changes, I do not recommend living here. Especially in building 11903!
