Resident ā€¢ 2017 - 2019

If you use special lighting to find pet stains than a resident Would not know whether the stains are there when they move in And do their move inspection unless you provide that light for them. The stains I am referring to are huge water stains that produced a mildew smell and also a smoke smell from previous tenants. I did not have a washer in the apartment that could have made a stain like that and I do not smoke I would suggest to all the tenants who live there that they be present when you do the inspection and don't let you give them the excuse that the carpet cleaner could not be there that day but it is not necessary for the to be there. You showed e stains where I had furniture sitting the whole time there and the little stains I could not see with the naked eye could have been removed by a "professional carpet cleaner" not the one's you use who leave the dirty shampoo still in the carpet.

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in your experience in our community. As this is an anonymous review, I am unable to address your concerns specifically. I would like to explain a few of the items you mentioned however. It sounds like there may have been carpet damages found during your move out inspection. The light we use during move out inspections is provided to us by our carpet cleaners to detect pet urination stains. We pull back the carpet to ensure that it is a pet stain, as they soak through to the back of the carpet, where other stains (coffee, wine, etc.) do not. We certainly do not squeeze money out of our residents (both past and present), however when damages are assessed we do have to charge for those. Around Valentine's Day we did ask people to leave a review (positive or negative, we did not specifically ask for positive reviews) in an effort to boost our number of online reviews and in return they would be entered to win a gift card. This was regardless if the review was positive or negative. We did not tell people if they left a positive review, they will receive a $100 gift card. We appreciate and request feedback from residents, both positive and negative, so we can better improve our customer service for our clients. We never offer people out of their lease as a way out of fixing something. We pride ourselves in taking care of our residents and apartments so we always work towards resolving any and all maintenance issues. It's true that part of living in an apartment community is sometimes we do hear our neighbors, which is why we encourage residents to reach out to us if their neighbors inadvertently may be causing excessive noise. This way we can address the issue with that specific person. Again, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in your experience here. If you have any other concerns please feel free to reach out to me at 502-244-1611 and ask for Kristen. I am the property manager and I would be happy to assist you.
