Katelyn Court Apartments

For students (like me), the EKU campus is literally across the train tracks (you can't cross them, though) and less than a five minute drive to commuter parking. I work nights and don't have an issue with noise when trying to sleep during the afternoon. When I had a problem that required the attention of the property manager, he was prompt and swift. On another occasion, I reported a slight leak in my kitchen sink at the end of the business day on a Tuesday, and maintenance was at my door first thing on Wednesday. My KU bill is reasonable and I've never felt unsafe here. I found everything in my unit to be in good working order when I arrived, but I know that if something were to break, a resolution would be one short phone call away. The location is also convenient to shopping and dining. I've never had a problem with parking, either. I came to Richmond to start over, and if I planned to stay long-term, I'd gladly choose to stay here as opposed to looking for housing elsewhere in town. Can't go wrong with Katelyn Court.
