I love calling this little place my home! Everyone is always so nice and quick to fix something if needed!! It's always clean and the lawn is mowed when needed. It's fairly quiet. And the staff make you feel comfortable and safe.

It is hard to contact the office due to them not being in the office all the time during the open office hours. Maintenance forgets to follow up when they say they will. The fitness facilities are outdated but the pool is well maintained. See More

Thank you for the review, I'm glad that overall you're pleased with your home here. I'm sorry that some neighbors are not good at picking up after their pets. If you see someone who is not cleaning up after their pet please report it to us in the office. For parking, we give out two parking stickers for all residents. Guest have to park on street. We have found that as long as guests park on the street there is enough parking for everyone. If you notice someone who is parked in the lot, but shouldn't be, please let us know. Thanks!

I've lived in several apartmemt complexes, in the Richmond area, and I can say confidently that this is one of the nicest apartment options in Richmond. And being right off exit 90 means its easy to get around in town and head up to Lexington.

Thank you for the review. I'm sorry that you are not happy with some aspects of your home here. I will do my best to address your concerns here, but would encourage you to come and speak with me in the office. We have our staff clean up the grounds every morning, but if you're noticing some problem areas please report to us and we'll take care of it ASAP. Please report noisy neighbors to us, and report every time there is an issue. We have a policy we must follow when dealing with noise complaints, so please begin reporting to us as soon as there is an issue and we will make sure it is dealt with. We have had no reports of apartment homes smelling like smoke. Please come speak with us about this and we will inspect and see how we can rectify the situation.
