Lived here for 7 months, for the amount you pay for. It is not worth it. Gate does not work. The cabinets are just plain aweful. The toilet bowl is the cheapest made, does not even flush properly. Goodluck asking for discount! they will gladly help you get your number etc. But they will not follow up. I have a 1 bedroom and my electric bill one time came up to $175! poor insulation, the appliance just sucks all the energy out of your apartment hence high electric cost! I can go on for this! You can hear your neighbors chatter! Limited Parking But they have a 24/7 GYM. which is nice.
