Okay, well where should I begin. So, moving in seemed really great at first and it was. Kind of expensive, but not really complaining about that because I did take advantage of the many different amenities they had to offer. For the first 7 months or so I can proudly say that I had excellent neighbors, but after that I got new neighbors. One of them had a dog that barked all night. The other was a smoker and a drinker and left beer cans and cigarette butts on sidewalk and near the apartment. Then, I had a neighbor that lived directly in the back of me. Every time they would cook, the fumes/aroma penetrated my apartment via the laundry room. Speaking in normal tones, I could hear whole conversations because the walls are super thin. Now, after my lease was up, I decided that this wasn't the place for me another year. I cleaned the apartment really good with the exception of leaving several items in the freezer. The management team decided to keep my deposit because they claimed I had damaged carpet. Now keep in mind, I wasn't a smoker, a drinker, no pets, no kids, and my husband only came maybe twice a week, and I was there only 3 times a week due to the fact that I have another residence in addition to the apartment I rented. They sent me pictures of the items I left in freezer but didn't send any pictures of the damaged floors. Keeping the deposit is a rip off and just not fair. So you think hard when you think about moving to Magnolia trace
