At first, I thought living in this community was okay despite the gate being closed 50% of the time. The gate is never closed during office hours, so what's the point of a gate? Then construction began. We had little to no communication from management on the construction plan and how it would impact the community. The roads are blocked making it inconvenient and I have had my mail lost several times in the past 6 months. Initially I thought I could get over the construction but then I received a termination letter on my door stating that we had 60 days to vacate the building. The management team did not have the decency to call their residence to let them know of the life disrupting news. I do not recommend this complex to anyone deciding to move. I have had enough of the poor management, lack of communication and construction. We decided to move out the property and it was the best decision. There are great communities in the surrounding area with similar amenities for the same prices.
