Resident 2016

6/21/2016

Unless you love living with roaches, do not live here. Staff and maintenance are slow about resolving issues. The property manager purposely makes herself hard to get in contact with. Multiple messages left for her to call back are never returned. When calling the property to try and reach her, it seems she has instructed her staff to always say "she is busy" or "on the phone". No one is that busy that they cannot return a 5 minute phone call. The property is always noisy either from the fire station directly across the street or the noisy residents. In terms of keeping the grounds presentable, the staff only cleans up around the time prospective residents come looking, usually around the beginning/end of the semester. After that, forget about outdoor cleanliness. As far as safety, the area around the complex is kinda sketchy. Inside the apartment itself, the unit they show you is completely different from what you actually get. The carpet is covered in questionable stains and it is obvious that it has never been cleaned. The walls are cement covered in layers of paint, an attempt to cheaply cover damages to the wall. For the quality of furniture you get, you are better off getting a cheap set from Goodwill. Nothing about the apartment justifies the amount of rent you pay. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. It just isn't worth it.
